Subject of the contract
The landlord makes the vacation apartment available to the tenant for the agreed period.
Rental period and arrival
Arrival can take place from 15:00.
The departure must take place until 11:00 o'clock.
The rental period is binding and can only be extended after consultation with the landlord.
Use of the vacation apartment
The vacation apartment may only be occupied by the persons specified in the booking.
Overcrowding is not permitted. The vacation apartment may only be used for private purposes.
Parties or events are not allowed without prior agreement with the landlady.
Liability and damages
The landlord is not liable for damages caused by the tenant or third parties.
The tenant is obliged to leave the vacation apartment in a tidy condition, otherwise extra 30 Euros for cleaning will be charged.
Cancellation policies
In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, the total amount will be refunded.
In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
In case of cancellation within less than 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show of the tenant, no refund is possible.
These cancellation conditions have been drawn up by the landlady and are valid from the date of booking.
Booking and payment
The booking can be made on the website via the booking system.
With the booking a deposit of 100% of the rental price is due, which is to be transferred within 5 days after receipt of the booking confirmation.
If the payment is not made, the booking will be cancelled.
